How the Festival operates:        

• Schedule: 20 minute performance (MAXIMUM of three selections) / 25 minute clinic
• Optional Rating Director's Choice: Gold/Silver/Bronze
• We provide a CD with adjudicator commentary,  written adjudicator comments, and a clinic

Registration Cost:

• Secondary Bands - $295
• Elementary Bands - $250

Audience entry fee:

• $5 donation at the door

PLEASE NOTE FOR REPERTOIRE that each group should play a swing charge, one ballade and an own choice.
Please use MusicFest guidelines as we offer invites to this event so consistency in standards is important, but the
extensive list still allows flexibility in choosing repertoire that suits each group's needs.

MusicFest Canada:

As a MusicFest Canada Affiliate, our adjudicators will issue an "Official Invitation to Perform" to exceptional jazz bands, combos and vocal jazz groups whose performance meets or exceeds the criteria established by MusicFest Canada. The Invitation will be valid for two MusicFest Canada Festivals.
