Main Festival Schedules and Festival Passes

MAIN FESTIVAL COMPETITORS - your 2012 schedules will be available here by the middle of March.  We thank you for your patience and will send you an email notice with the schedules are ready.

  1. Click the Main Festivals Schedules link below
  2. Enter your Registration ID No. into the Student ID box. Click Apply
  3. NOTE: some competitors may have more than one ID number if they have registered for more than one instrument OR registered their classes separately.
  4. Type in EACH ID No. separately to access all your schedules.
  5. Print each schedule and keep it with you when you attend your scheduled class(es).

A list of ID Numbers and Names will be posted below in case you have misplaced your Registration ID Number.

TEACHERS! If you would like a print out of your students' schedules please send our office an email and include your First and Last name and the instrument that you teach. We will return your schedule in a PDF document by email.

Important Notice to our audience members:
Only 70% of the operation costs to run this festival comes from the registration fees that each student pays. It is necessary to charge an Entry Fee for admittance for each audience member to all festival classes. This includes parents, family members and teachers.

Choose from the following options:

  • Festival Pass – includes entry to all events - $10
  • Deluxe Festival Pass – includes entry to all events and a Festival Program - $15
  • Deluxe Teacher's Pass - includes entry to all events and a Festival Program - $10
  • To collect your Deluxe Teacher's Pass, indicate to our Festival Ambassadors, that you are a teacher of one or more students who are performing.
  • Single Event Ticket - $5 (available only at festival venues)
  • Festival Programs - $6

Festival Passes must be worn/shown to gain entry.

Passes do not include entry to the Gala Concerts.

Pass Purchase Options:

  • Cash only at each performance venue (exact amount appreciated)
  • Credit card purchases accepted for Festival passes and programs on line by clicking on the Ticket link at the top of the website. Present your receipt to a Festival Ambassador at any venue to collect your Fesitval Pass or Program.
