PAYMENT METHODS

ADMINISTRATION FEES

• $3 per registration. $1 from each registration will go to the Scholarship Fund.

GROUPS FESTIVALS

• Before you register refer to your specific Festival page for information.

MAIN FESTIVAL

Refer to your instrument's syllabus for class and grade level choices. Collect the following information before you register:

• Teacher's name, phone number and email address. Mailing address is preferred but not required.
• Complete repertoire information including Title, (Key, Opus, No., Movements if applicable) and Composer
• ACCURATE timing of your selection rounded up to the nearest number. DO NOT list the "Time Limit".

If you prefer to register by mail OR if you are entering a Chinese Ethnic Instrument class, print the Registration Form and mail or fax it with your payment information included.

TEACHERS REGISTRATION WORKSHEET

• To help eliminate mistakes made while registering online, a Worksheet is provided below. We encourage all teachers to print off the attachment and complete one for each student to use when they register. This will ensure that no information is forgotten or listed incorrectly.

PERFORMANCE TIMINGS

• Do not list the "Time Limit" printed in the syllabus. Time the piece and round up to the nearest minute.

CORRECTIONS

• Competitors' names and payment information can only be corrected by the Festival offices.

NOTES:

• NEW: Writeable Forms for Entries and Corrections. Please type right in these forms; print a copy for your records and then fax or scan and email the forms to the VKM Festival Office for processing.
• Online corrections must be completed by January 20th. Corrections submitted after January 20th will only be accepted if submitted on the Correction Form with the $15 correction fee included.  Form must be returned to the Main Festival office.
• Correction Form is attached at the bottom of this page. No corrections accepted after Feb. 15th. NO email or phone corrections will be accepted.
