This year, all scheduling requests must be submitted through our Google Form — one form per ensemble.

If you are bringing multiple groups, please complete the form separately for each ensemble. This ensures that every request is recorded accurately and considered individually.

The form is short and simple — it should take less than one minute to complete, depending on the complexity of your request.

Each submission is automatically time- and date-stamped, and requests will be reviewed in the order they are received when scheduling begins.

Please note: This is the only method for submitting scheduling requests for the 2026 Large Ensemble Festivals. Email requests will not be accepted.
