CBO: March 2-7, 2026
Choral: March 9-12, 2026
In general, our days will run from approximately 8:30am - 4:30pm, although there could be some variance from this, depending on registrations.
Schedule RELEASE EXPECTATIONS
Mid-January
TENTATIVE performance schedules (Jazz, CBO, Choral) released to registered Directors.
Late January
FINAL JAZZ performance schedule released to registered Directors
Early February
First - FINAL CBO performance schedule released to registered Directors
Second - FINAL CHORAL performance schedule released to registered Directors
Scheduling Requests
All scheduling reguests have now closed for the 2026 Large Ensembles Festival.
Late Registration will remain open until January 25, 2026, but no scheduling requests will be taken during the late registration period.
