Our festival days can run from approximately 8:30am - 7:30pm, although there may be some variance from this, depending on session registrations.

The ENTIREREGISTRATION PERIOD HAS MOVED SIGNIFICANTLY EARLIER FOR 2026-27 in ORDER TO GET SCHEDULES OUT BEFORE WINTER BREAK.

LATE REGISTRATION CLOSES
6 NOV - 30 NOV Late registration will incur a $50 late fee per registration, SPACE PERMITTING. No scheduling requests are available during this time period.

Scheduling requests for the 2027 Festival Season will open soon, and will close on November 6, 2026. The link below is active, however the request portal is not yet live.
Requests will be addressed on a first come, first served basis.
